4 cups water

1 teaspoon dashi powder or 1 tablespoon dashi granules

2–3 tablespoons miso paste (white or red)

½ cup soft tofu (cubed)

1 tablespoon dried wakame seaweed

1 green onion (sliced)

1️⃣ Make the Broth
Bring water to a gentle simmer.
Add dashi powder and stir until dissolved.
2️⃣ Add Tofu & Seaweed
Add cubed tofu and dried wakame.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes (do not boil hard).
3️⃣ Add Miso (Important!)
Turn heat to low.
Place miso paste in a ladle, dip it into the broth, and stir until dissolved.
⚠️ Do not boil after adding miso — it reduces flavor and nutrients.
4️⃣ Finish
Add sliced green onions and serve warm.
