TEMPURA BATTER MIX 700g

A pre-blended tempura flour from Showa Sangyo, made with wheat flour, starch and egg yolk powder for a light, crunchy coating. No separate egg or leavening needed — just whisk with cold water and start frying.

How to Use

Whisk the mix with cold water until just combined, leaving a few lumps for a lighter finish. Coat vegetables, prawns or fish and deep-fry until golden and crisp.
