A rich soy-sauce soup base brewed with bonito, mackerel, tuna, dried herring and kelp for a deep umami flavour. Simply dilute with water and it becomes a dipping sauce or noodle broth in seconds.

How to Use

Dilute with water before use — use a lighter dilution for a cold dipping sauce and a heavier one for hot noodle soup, adjusting to taste. Also works undiluted as a seasoning splash in simmered dishes.
