FLYING FISH ROE ORANGE (Cooked Tobiko)
These bright orange beads are tobiko — the flying fish roe you'll recognise from the sushi counter. Each grain is gently seasoned and carries a soft, clean saltiness of the sea, finishing with that signature little pop on the tongue. A spoonful is all it takes to turn a plain bowl of rice into something that looks and tastes like a restaurant plate. Made in Kagawa, Japan by FGROW JAPAN, a specialist sushi-ingredient producer.
